Appendix C. AFFORDABLE HOUSING ORDINANCE

§ 10. Recording; authentication; publication; effective date.

Latest version.

This ordinance, immediately upon its final passage and approval, shall be recorded in the ordinance book of the city, kept for that purpose, and shall be there authenticated by the signature of the mayor or mayor pro tem and attested to by the city clerk. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication in accordance with section 3-17-5 NMSA 1978.
