§ 10-02-020. Powers.

The local emergency planning committee shall have full and plenary powers to employ such persons as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the committee, at no salary, unless the salary is authorized at a regular or special meeting of the commission. These persons shall be subject, however, to all regulations now provided by law governing this city.
