§ 10-03-010. Creation; appointment of director.

There is hereby created the local emergency planning committee for the city as an agency of said government to be composed of those persons addressed in the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, appointees of the mayor and/or city manager and other such persons that may be interested in planning and preparing for emergencies. The city manager may appoint a director.
