§ 11-04-040. Generally—Patronizing prostitutes.

  • (a)

    Patronizing prostitutes consists of:

    (1)

    Entering or remaining in a house of prostitution with intent to engage in a sex act with a prostitute; or

    (2)

    Knowingly hiring a prostitute to engage in a sex act.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to commit the offense defined in this section.
