§ 11-04-080. Gambling—Gambling and lottery prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1)

Make a bet:

(2)

Enter or remain in a gambling place with intent to make a bet, to participate in a lottery, or to play a gambling device;

(3)

Conduct a lottery; or

(4)

Possess facilities with intent to conduct a lottery.
