§ 11-04-120. Gambling—Permitting premises to be used for gambling prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1)

Knowingly permit any property owned, or occupied by such person or under his control to be used as a gambling place; or

(2)

Knowingly permit a gambling device to be set up for use for the purpose of gambling in a place under his control.
