§ 11-05-260. Generally—Conduct offensive to public well-being.

  • (a)

    Conduct offensive to public well-being consists of any person who is the owner or tenant in possession of any premises located within the city limits permitting any privy or cesspool upon the premises owned or occupied by him, to become a menace to public health or constitute a condition offensive to the public.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to commit the offense defined in this section.
