§ 11-06-010. Generally—Embezzlement.

  • (a)

    Embezzlement consists of the embezzling or converting by a person for his own use, anything of value with which he has been entrusted, with fraudulent intent to deprive the owner thereof.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to commit the offense defined in this section.
