§ 11-06-150. Generally—Criminal damage to property.

  • (a)

    Private property. Criminal damage to private property consists of intentionally damaging any real or personal property of another without the consent of the person lawfully in possession of the property.

    (b)

    Public property. Criminal damage to public property consists of intentionally damaging any real or personal property of the city, county, state or United States government, without the consent of the owner thereof.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to commit the offense defined in this section.
