§ 11-06-200. Generally—Unlawful attachment to utility poles.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to attach any wireless, telephone or telegraph apparatus, wire, metal, wood or other substance to any telephone, telegraph, electric light, electric power or electric railway pole or crossarm or its attachments belonging to any other person without the consent of such person given in writing.
