§ 11-06-320. Credit Cards—Receipt of property obtained in violation of division.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to receive money, goods or services, and/or anything else of value obtained by another person through the use of a credit card possessed in violation of this division, and who knows, or has reason to believe, that it was so obtained.
