§ 12-02-030. Fire department.

(a)

The International Fire Code, 2003 Edition shall be enforced by the Alamogordo fire department, which is hereby established and which shall be operated under the supervision of the fire chief.

(b)

The fire marshal shall be appointed by the fire chief. The fire chief may detail such members of the Alamogordo fire department as fire inspectors as shall, from time to time, be necessary.
