§ 12-05-060. Approved hazardous cargo secondary routes.

These routes are established for those hazardous cargo transporters with capacities over three thousand five hundred (3,500) gallons making local deliveries within the city limits. The official map designating secondary routes will be maintained at the office of the city clerk.

In the event that the Highway 54 Relief Route is temporarily closed due to accident or other situations, hazardous cargo will be routed on White Sands Boulevard through the city.
