The fire chief of the Alamogordo fire department may assign such number of officers,
inspectors, assistants, and other employees as shall be authorized from time to time
to enforce these sections.
The fire chief of the Alamogordo fire department, or his authorized representatives,
may conduct inspections to enforce any provision of this ordinance. These inspections
shall be conducted to enforce the provisions of this ordinance, or any other applicable
state or federal law, pertaining to environmental, public health or safety matters
regarding the transportation, storage, handling, use, dispensing or disposing of hazardous
materials or hazardous waste.
