§ 12-05-100. Penalties.

Violations of these sections shall be punishable according to the standard penalty provisions of the Code of Ordinances. If the violation is knowing, intentional or reckless, such violation shall be punishable to the maximum extent permitted, under the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city. Failure to post any required placarding or to maintain proper manifesting records are declared to be separate violations and shall be enforced by appropriate authorities.
