§ 14-01-015. Refuse collection.

(a)

All residential accounts, as defined in this chapter, shall have city provided refuse collection services activated and invoiced monthly whenever city water services are provided to the location.

(1)

Excluded from this section are locations in which the customer type for the municipal utility is "AT," "BR," "MB," or "V."

a.

AT are transfer accounts.

b.

BR are accounts on base rates.

c.

MB are modified base rates.

d.

V are vacation accounts.

(2)

All commercial accounts, as defined in this chapter, shall engage a hauler, as defined in this section, for the removal and disposal of refuse generated by the commercial enterprise.

Excluded from this section is any commercial location in which the customer type for the municipal utility is "MB" or "CT."

b.

Obtaining or renewing a city business registration shall be understood to be certification from the applicant of compliance with this section.
