§ 14-01-060. Use or damage to containers.

(a)

It is unlawful to maliciously damage any refuse container owned by the contractor or any hauler.

(b)

Any individual who damages any container provided for the residential or commercial users shall be liable to the contractor or hauler for the cost of repair or replacement of such container.

(c)

It is prohibited for any person, including children, to be on or in sanitation containers.
