§ 14-01-090. Regulations adopted.

The laws and regulations promulgated and published by the state environmental improvement agency, along with subsequent revisions and amendments are adopted by reverence and made a part of this chapter. The penalty sections in such laws and regulations shall not be applicable to violations within this city.
