§ 14-02-050. Franchise fee.

In consideration of the grant of the franchise herein, franchisees shall pay the city a franchise fee equal to five (5) percent of the gross receipts of the franchisee for services in the city and one and one-half (1½) percent for the clean-up fund. This franchise fee shall be paid each quarter, not less than thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter. The city may inspect the books of the franchisee, with or without previous notice, at any time during business hours.
