§ 15-03-090. Enforcement.

A.

Enforcement of this article shall be by citation from the department of public safety. All citations shall be referred to the municipal court for hearing and punishment in accordance with the rules adopted by the municipal court.

B.

A person may register a complaint regarding an alleged violation pursuant to this article to initiate enforcement with the department of public safety.

C.

The designated enforcement agencies may inspect an establishment for compliance with this article.
