§ 16-02-040. Terms of office.

Latest version.

The members of the library board shall hold terms of office as follows: Appointments for terms commencing July 1, 1997 and thereafter, shall be for a term of two (2) years. Appointments to unexpired terms will be for the remainder of the term.
