§ 17-01-040. Late registration or renewal; surcharge.

If any person fails to obtain the appropriate registration or license pursuant to the terms of this chapter, or fails to renew such registration or license before January 31 of the year of renewal, a surcharge will be assessed in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00). This surcharge may be imposed in addition to the penalties provided in section 17-01-100.

17-01-050. Forms

Applications for business registration and licenses shall be made in writing to the city clerk, who shall prescribe the form required for such applications. The clerk may require the applicant to provide all information considered necessary to process the application and to determine that the policies of this chapter are complied with.
