§ 17-01-080. Proper business location.

No license or registration shall be issued pursuant to this chapter, unless the facilities and buildings at the location of the proposed business meet all applicable building code, fire code and zoning restrictions currently in force in the city. If all such codes are complied with, and if ten (10) days' notice is given to the clerk, the location of a business may be changed within the city.
