§ 17-03-050. Same—Appeal from denial.

An applicant who is dissatisfied with the decision of the city manager on his application for a license required by section 17-03-010 may appeal the decision to the city commission by written notice to the city manager of such appeal to be made within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision of the city manager on the application. The matter shall be referred to the city commission for hearing at a regular or special meeting in the usual course of business. The decision of the city commission made thereof shall be expressed in writing and be communicated in the same manner as the decision of the city manager is transmitted. The action of the city commission shall be final.
