§ 17-05-090. Disposition of pawned property and secondhand goods.

(a)

Pawned property shall not be sold or disposed of, except by redemption, by a pawnbroker within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date said personal property was pawned with the pawnbroker or within ninety (90) days after the indebtedness becomes due, whichever is later.

(b)

Secondhand goods shall not be sold or disposed of by a secondhand dealer within fifteen (15) days from the date said item was received by the license holder.
