§ 17-07-070. Same—State license prerequisite to issuance.

Before the license required by section 17-07-020 is issued, the applicant shall furnish the director of public safety with satisfactory evidence that the applicant has been duly licensed under the private investigators act of the state to the extent required by such act to conduct the services authorized by this license. The applicant shall furnish to the director a duplicate copy of all licenses he has from the state under such act. Suspension or revocation of the state license required herein shall automatically suspend the license of the applicant under this article until such suspension or revocation has been removed by the state.
