§ 17-07-090. Reports to be filed with director of public safety.

  • (a)

    It is required that every special police agency or private detective agency shall submit a semiannual report not later than January seventh and July seventh of each year to the police department as to the identity of all employees hired and/or discharged during the preceding six-month period.

    (b)

    Any property found or recovered by any special policeman or private detective shall be reported to the director of public safety as soon as practicable under the circumstances.

    (c)

    Failure to comply with the submission of any information as provided for herein shall be deemed a violation of this Code and considered as just cause to revoke the license of such person or agency.
