§ 17-09-120. Administration of this ordinance and applicability of other law.

The city manager shall adopt such rules and regulations as necessary for the safe and equitable administration of this ordinance. Violations of regulations pursuant to this ordinance will be considered a violation of this ordinance and subject the person, entity or organization doing so to the penalties specified in the ordinance. The registration of an alarm does not constitute a waiver of any requirement or provision contained in any ordinance of the City of Alamogordo or state or federal law.
