§ 18-02-040. Monthly reports.

The municipal judge shall make monthly written reports to the city commission and shall include in such reports a statement of all moneys collected by him which belong to the city. Said reports shall be filed with the manager on or before the tenth of each month after such funds are collected by the municipal judge; and the funds so collected shall be paid to the city treasurer at the time said report is filed.
