§ 1-01-060. Catchlines of sections.

The catchlines of the sections or subsections of this Code printed in boldface type are intended as mere catchwords to indicate the contents of the sections or subsections and shall not be deemed or taken to be titles of such sections or subsections, nor as any part of any section or subsection, nor, unless expressly so provided, shall they be so deemed when any section or subsection, including its catchline, is amended or re-enacted, and shall not be deemed to in any way restrict or quality or to limit the effect of the provisions set forth in such section or subsection.
