§ 20-02-010. Commission created.

(a)

There is hereby created a city planning and Zoning commission to be composed of five (5) residents of the city.

(b)

The members of such commission shall be appointed by the mayor with the advice and approval of a majority of the remaining members of the city commission, to serve for the respective terms established by this article.

(c)

In addition to the five (5) regular members of the commission, the mayor may appoint one representative from Holloman Air Force Base who shall serve in an advisory capacity to such commission.
