§ 20-02-020. Terms.

(a)

The term of each member of the city planning and zoning commission shall be for two (2) years.

(b)

Upon the expiration of the term of any member, such vacancy shall be filled by the appointment as provided in this article of a member whose term shall be two (2) years. In the event a vacancy occurs in the commission prior to the expiration of the term of the member, it shall be filled by the appointment as provided in this article of a member whose term shall expire at the end of the original term in which such vacancy occurred.
