§ 20-02-060. Meetings.

(a)

The city planning and zoning commission shall meet at least once a month, but may meet more often if deemed necessary by such commission. Such commission shall establish a regular time of business.

(b)

For the conduct of ordinary business, a quorum of the city planning and zoning commission shall consist of at least three (3) members.
