§ 20-02-080. Land regulations.

There is hereby delegated to the city planning and zoning commission power and authority to recommend to the city commission regulations and procedures governing the subdivision of land and the city commission is hereby authorized to adopt regulations and procedures governing the subdivision of land within the platting jurisdiction as established by the statutes of the state.
