§ 20-02-090. Appeal.

Any person in interest being dissatisfied with any order or determination of the planning and zoning commission after a review of such order or determination by the city commission may commence an action in the district court of the county where the land is located to vacate and set aside such order or determination on the ground that it is unlawful or unreasonable.
