§ 22-01-070. Alleys.

(a)

Through alleys shall be provided in each block, unless a variance is granted and the current technical standard requirements are met.

(b)

Alley intersections and sharp curves in alignment shall be avoided, but where necessary, corners shall be cut off sufficiently to permit safe vehicular movement.
