§ 22-01-120. Monuments.

Monuments shall be placed at all block corners, angle points, points of curves in streets, and at all property corners. Such monuments shall be made of metal at least one-half (½) inch in diameter and sixteen (16) inches long with the surveyor's license number on a cap affixed to the top of the rebar.
