§ 23-02-090. Records.

Each vendor shall maintain adequate records of facilities subject to the tax imposed by this article and of proceeds received for the use thereof. Such records shall be maintained in the city and shall be open to the inspection of the city during reasonable hours and shall be retained for three (3) years.
