§ 23-04-240. Dedication—Municipal Streets Gross Receipts Tax.

Revenue from the municipal gross receipts tax will be used for the purpose(s) listed below:
Construction, reconstruction or improvement of municipal streets, alleys, roads or bridges, including acquisition of rights of way.
