§ 24-12-11-1. Traffic violations bureau created.

A.

A traffic violations bureau is established to assist the municipal court in its administrative work.

B.

The personnel of the bureau shall be responsible to the municipal judge.

C.

The bureau shall be open at such hours as the municipal judge may designate.(*)
