§ 24-12-12-1.1. Maximum penalty.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided in this ordinance or as otherwise provided by state law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.(*)
