§ 24-12-3-6. Use of coaster wagons, roller skates, skateboards, and similar devices restricted.

Latest version.

No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster wagon, skateboard, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall go upon any street except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and when so crossing, the person shall be granted all of the rights and be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians as provided for in this ordinance.(*)
