§ 24-12-6-1.7. Special speed limitations.

A.

Subject to the requirements of Section 12-10-1.15 E of this ordinance, no person shall drive any vehicle equipped with solid rubber or cushion tires at a speed greater than a maximum often miles per hour.

B.

No person shall drive a vehicle over any bridge or other elevated structure constituting a part of a street at a speed which is greater than the maximum speed which can be maintained with safety to such bridge or structure, when such structure is signposted as provided in Section 66-7-306 (B) NMSA 1978.
