§ 24-12-6-13.3. Unhitched trailer on street.

No person shall leave any type of trailer unhitched upon a street for a period of longer than twenty-four hours. All trailers must be effectively and safely secured with wheel chocks and other necessary safety devices at all times when unhitched. (*)
