§ 24-12-6-15. Reference to vehicles upon the streets.

A.

The provisions of Article 6 of this ordinance relating to the operation of vehicles, refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon the streets or highways, except where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section.

B.

The provisions of Article 4 of this ordinance and Sections 12-6-12.1 through 12-6-12.3 of this ordinance shall apply upon the streets and highways and elsewhere throughout this municipality.
