§ 24-12-6-5.7. Starting parked vehicle.

A.

No person shall start a vehicle which is stopped, standing, or parked unless and until such movement can be made with reasonable safety.

B.

No person shall move any parked vehicle without giving appropriate signals as prescribed in Sections 12-6-5.8 through 12-6-5.10.(*)
