§ 24-12-10-1.25. Same—Pole trailers.

Every pole trailer shall be equipped as follows:

(1)

on the rear: one red tail lamp, two red reflectors, one at each side, placed to indicate extreme width of the pole trailer; and

(2)

on each side, on the rearmost support for the load: one combination marker lamp showing amber to the front and red to the side and rear, mounted to indicate the maximum width of the pole trailer; and red reflector, located at or near the rear; and on pole trailers thirty feet or more in over-all length, an amber marker lamp on each side near the center.
