§ 24-12-10-1.45. Lights on snow removal equipment.

It shall be unlawful to operate any snow removal equipment on any street unless the lamps thereon comply with and are lighted when and as required by the standards and specifications adopted by the State Highway Commission as provided in Section 66-3-836 NMSA 1978.
