§ 24-12-10-1.51. Emergency signals—Dangerous cargoes.

No driver shall use or permit the use of any flame producing emergency signal for protecting any motor vehicle transporting explosives, any cargo tank motor vehicle used for the transportation of any flammable liquid or flammable compressed gas, whether loaded or empty; or any motor vehicle using compressed gas as a motor fuel. In lieu thereof, red electric lanterns or red emergency reflectors shall be used, the placement of which shall be in the same manner a prescribed in Section 12-10-1.48 of this ordinance.
