§ 24-12-10-3.8. Exceptions on size, weight and load.

The provisions of Sections 12-10-3.1 through 12-10-3.7 of this ordinance governing size, weight and load shall not apply to fire apparatus, road machinery engaged in street construction or maintenance, or to implements of husbandry, including farm tractors, temporarily moved upon a street, or to a vehicle operated under the terms of a special permit issued as herein provided.
